So today I explained to you how to create a franchising development plan by telling you a story that really happened to us. So you understood what a franchising study is and what it means to do a tax study, how a franchising is developed operationally, what a consultancy is and what the search for franchisees consists of, and finally how to do marketing and communication for franchising.

All this through the story of the creation of a franchise in the food sector, but I still want to delve deeper into this little topic

a little more in-depth analysis, because food is the most important botim data market for the world of franchising.
In any trade fair or magazine in the sector we find many formats in food that represent 60% of the formats present, if not even 80%.

And so creating a franchise in the food sector, as in the case of Giovanni and Mario, can represent a significant risk because there is incredible competition.
Risky because people often tend to think that their format is truly unique and rare because there are no similar things in their area.
