In the attachments referred to in letters d), e) and f) of paragraph 1, the affiliate may limit itself to providing information relating to the activities carried out in Italy. A decree of the Minister of Productive Activities, to be issued within ninety days of the date of entry into force of this law, shall define the information that, in relation to the provisions of the aforementioned letters d), e) and f), must be provided by the affiliates who have previously operated exclusively abroad”.
