The investor problem

The approach to the world of entrepreneurship by an investor is not that of someone who falls in love with the product and opens on the wave of emotion, but rather of someone who sees first of all the numbers and the return on his investment.

Selling the affiliation to an investor with the arguments that would be used for self-employment could turn out to be a problem because, everything that represents the quality of the product, the research of raw materials or the technical study conducted so far, will be of little interest to him.

And this is where most future Italian franchisors find themselves in rich people data great difficulty.

Why?

Because if on the one hand it is true that they are very knowledgeable about the product, on the other it is also true that they delegate almost all the financial management to the accountant, finding themselves unprepared on contribution margins, hourly costs, operating margin and economic prospects.

But it is precisely this last part that is of primary interest to investors, who will therefore have to speak with the accountant and not with the entrepreneur to get the data they need.
