We know well that one of the essential elements for the creation of a franchise network is the Operations Manual.
You should know that the first function of the Operations Manual is not in franchising perspective!
This is something that is often underestimated, since many see the operations manual as something that must be done only because it is required by law.
Automatically, not much attention is paid to doing it, in fact it is often delegated "blindly".
In fact, while you are in the process of creating the network, the Operations Manual will have to be used to do what we mentioned earlier: delegate all the operational and managerial functions of the direct sales points.
It will also be very useful to test it from the beginning, so that if vk data your collaborators encounter problems it will mean that the Manual still needs to be fixed.
When, however, you see that the takings grow autonomously and the points of sale are managed well, it will mean that you have created an Operating Manual ready to be sold. So the manual is first of all a tool that creates freedom for you, delegating all administrative and managerial activities!
